★★★★★
These guys do great work. They were very responsive and easy to work with. I had to have my old unit replaced. The pricing was very fair and the work was very thorough. Definitely would recommend!

James helped us diagnose what was wrong with our AC and eventually shop for a new unit and get it installed. Throughout the process, he was extremely helpful and thoughtful, as well as honest and upfront. Every time I needed to contact him he was quick to respond. He explained how different parts of my AC work when I asked for more information, but didn't get too technical to a point where I couldn't follow along. The only downside is that the jobs took a while and he sometimes gets backed up on jobs, but personally I'd rather have something done slowly and well, rather than quickly and poorly.
★★★★★
Keener Heating and Cooling provided exceptional service when we needed it most. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in no time—saving us thousands of dollars. His integrity and strong work ethic were evident from start to finish. We highly recommend him for anyone needing honest, reliable HVAC work.
★★★★★
During an expected very busy time, James came out the same day I called, knowing exactly how to fix the problem, and had my furnace running perfect very quickly. He was very professional and polite. I will be calling him first if I have heating/air conditioning problems from now on...
